Six Crowns, One Court: The Story of Regal Parfumes
Every Regal bottle wears a crown. Meet the court behind them - a King, a Queen and four jewels - and the one rule the house never breaks: extrait de parfum, or nothing.
Every bottle we make wears a crown. It is the first thing you notice on a Regal shelf, and it is not decoration. It is a promise about what is inside.
Regal Parfumes was built around a simple idea: a fragrance should feel like an occasion, even on an ordinary Tuesday. So instead of a long catalogue of near-identical scents, the house keeps a court - six characters, each with its own colour, its own crown and its own story.
The court
The King and The Queen sit at its heart. They share a foundation of amber wood and musk, which is why they wear so naturally together: The King keeps it woody and dark, The Queen opens it up with jasmine.

Sapphire pours cognac over cinnamon, oak, praline and vanilla. Opal is saffron, lavender and agarwood, grounded in musk.
Extrait de parfum, or nothing
Every scent in the court is an extrait de parfum - the most concentrated form a fragrance can take, richer than an eau de parfum and far richer than an eau de toilette. Ours are highly concentrated and oil-based, which is why a little goes a long way, and why the scent sits close and warm on the skin instead of vanishing in the first hour.
It also changes how you wear it. One or two sprays is enough. Apply to the pulse points - the wrists, the base of the throat, behind the ears - and let it settle rather than rubbing it in.
The bottles
Each bottle is faceted glass in the colour of its character: matte black for The King, deep red for The Queen, pure white for Crystal, forest green for Emerald, violet for Sapphire and honey gold for Opal. Five of them are crowned in gold. The King alone wears silver.
Finding yours
If you are new to the house, start small. The Discovery Set holds a 3ml travel spray of all six scents, so you can live with each one for a few days before you choose. Every scent also comes as a 3ml travel spray, and Crystal, Emerald, Sapphire and Opal come in 50ml as well as 100ml.
Not sure where to begin? The Scent Finder asks a few questions about how you like to smell and points you to your match. And if you are buying for two, the Coffret Royal pairs The King and The Queen in one presentation box.
Below, each member of the court tells its own story. Start with whichever crown catches your eye.
