The glasshouse is warm even on a grey day. Rain ticks on the panes overhead, and the light that comes through them is green, filtered through a hundred leaves.
Somewhere near the door there is fruit ripening - the cool, watery sweetness of melon, the crunch of a pear picked a day too early. Walk further in and the flowers take over: freesia, light and airy, then rose, fuller and softer. When you step back out into the air, the green stays on your skin.

How to wear it
Emerald is made for daylight: spring mornings, garden parties, weddings, long lunches. Two sprays on the wrists and neck, and one on the inside of the elbow on warmer days, when the heat helps it bloom.
As an extrait de parfum, highly concentrated and oil-based, Emerald lasts far longer than its fresh opening suggests. The rose and musk are still there at the end of the day.
